Just west of the Hudson Valley, our outdoor wedding venue allows you to celebrate all weekend long with your closest friends and family with lodging for up to 17 guests onsite in our 1855 colonial farmhouse!
We provide an extended wedding experience that allows our guests to immerse themselves into the weekend with a customized itinerary in a beautiful and comfortable location. We host all your wedding events in one place, so you never feel rushed and can wake up rested on your wedding day. Feel free to sleep in or watch the sun rise, sing songs at the campfire and watch the stars light the sky.

With just one wedding per weekend and a limited number of weddings each year, our couples feel like family. YOU are our top priority and always have exclusive use of our entire 12.5 acre estate - our Upstate New York Wedding Venue is all yours!
Most couples choose to host many of their wedding activities on one single day such as their ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for up to 150 guests. Though you are welcome to change that up and scratch tradition to make a truly unique wedding weekend that speaks directly to you as a couple.
Utilize this single location to host all your wedding events including a rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch or other fun activities on site throughout the weekend at no additional charge!

There are 3 nights already included in your package, but you can extend your weekend to Monday for just $4,250.
Most guests arrive between 12pm and 3pm on Day 1 and depart between 11am and 3pm on Day 4.

We include partial planning through your wedding coach and coordination services in all of our packages so you can ensure your wedding weekend will run smoothly! That also means your friends, parents and grandparents will absolutely LOVE you since they won’t have to lift a finger and can simply enjoy your wedding!
We also include a ton of fun locations onsite for you to celebrate and build memories, lodging for up to 17 guests onsite, all your tables and chairs, luxury restroom container, and many other fun perks such as our get ready room, in ground swimming pool, built for you campfires, lawn games, plenty of parking, and more!
We even provide you with a wedding planning checklist and send you a private link to talented wedding vendors sorted by category so you can find vendors that match your unique style and wedding budget.
Outdoor Wedding Settings West of New York’s Hudson Valley
There are so many locations onsite to celebrate which means each of your events can take place in a different space.
Reception Pavilion
A 4,000 square ft ADA accessible reception pavilion overlooking the Appalachian plateaus in the Schoharie Valley - hosting up to 150 guests!
Tree Grove
A beautiful shaded space for ceremonies, cocktail hour, al fresco dining and more. Situated along Schoharie Creek and overlooking the hills, the tree grove has an intimate feel that all your guests will love!
Grand Veranda
The 570 sq ft covered porch off our 1855 colonial farmhouse has easy access to the farmhouse kitchen and bar room. This space is ideal for welcome events, farewell brunches and intimate wedding receptions. It’s also great for cocktail style events that spread out onto the side patio, courtyard and farmhouse lawn. This space even has a grill and small fire pit for use throughout the weekend.
Pond
Not only is the pond an incredible space for photos, it’s also a really beautiful location for intimate wedding ceremonies up to 80 guests.
Barn
The barn is a great space for fun photos!
Grass & Wildflower Meadows
Our meadows are quite expansive with incredible views of the Schoharie Valley. It is simply amazing for photos, but also is a beautiful location for stunning ceremonies and cocktail hours!
Schoharie Creek
The creek includes a stunning beach overlooking a unique green bridge. Many of our couples take photos here and bathe in the water, but it can also host standing ceremonies and remote rehearsal dinners.
