A vibrant and flexible space, the Cocktail Lawn is perfect for your New York estate wedding celebrations.
Ideal for cocktail hour, a welcome party or farewell brunch, the lawn is complete with lounge seating, lawn games and a 800-square-foot cocktail tent — a stylish covered space with scenic valley views. A versatile layout allows for intimate gatherings or a lively social scene, and the cocktail tent serves as a stunning secondary location for intimate wedding ceremonies in the case of inclement weather.
Reception Pavilion
Skip the need for a reception tent with our 4,000-square-foot covered pavilion. Overlooking the breathtaking Appalachian plateaus in the Schoharie Valley, this space offers the seclusion of a remote destination with easy access to all the amenities you need for a seamless celebration. With its modern, clean-lined structure and panoramic views of rolling meadows, mountains, and the creek, our reception pavilion offers a versatile canvas for any wedding aesthetic. Whether you’re planning a luxurious, high-end reception or a laid-back, intimate gathering, this open-air space allows you and up to 200 guests to dine, dance, and celebrate under the stars—without the hassle of renting a tent. Set against our wildflower meadows, the pavilion is thoughtfully designed for both ambiance and functionality.

Located adjacent to the reception pavilion, our 4-stall, solar-powered luxury restroom container is ADA accessible and available for use throughout your wedding weekend. This off-grid, gravity-fed unit ensures your guests have comfortable, convenient restroom access without the need for additional rentals.

Set on 12.5 private acres, our estate is designed for couples who want time, presence, and ease. Included in your wedding package is three nights in our historic 1855 farmhouse for up to 17 of your closest people, your inner circle. This is where mornings start slowly, conversations linger late into the night, and your wedding becomes a shared experience rather than a single day.

The farmhouse is the heart of your wedding weekend. A place to land, gather, and fully settle in with your closest people. Cozy parlors filled with vintage furnishings, a record player, board games, and an original 1890s piano invite slow mornings and late-night conversations. Just off the grand veranda, the bar room offers a flexible space for intimate welcome events, rehearsal dinners, brunch, or morning yoga. And from Memorial Day through mid-September, the pool becomes a favorite spot to unwind before and after the celebrations.
Your inner circle will stay together in five private bedrooms and a bunk room made for late-night slumber parties, with three full bathrooms stocked with plush towels and essentials. A fully equipped kitchen allows for casual meals, morning coffee rituals, or even a private chef experience, creating space to truly live inside the weekend, together.
Get Ready Room
Your get-ready room is a calm, light-filled space designed for an unrushed start to your wedding day, and just as perfect for glamming up before your rehearsal dinner or other weekend events. With seating for up to six for hair and makeup, a full-length mirror, and a steamer on hand, it supports ease, flow, and togetherness. This is where the moments unfold: music playing, coffee in hand, shared laughter, and the quiet anticipation of what’s to come.

With a private creekside beach and views of the historic green bridge, the Schoharie creek is the perfect setting for sunset portraits, ceremonies, or even a relaxed rehearsal dinner. Adventurous couples have even waded into the water for one-of-a-kind wedding photos! For couples who want a New York estate wedding with breathtaking natural scenery, our wildflower meadows and rolling fields offer an ethereal setting for golden-hour photos and the pond offers a peaceful secluded space for a first look and family portraits.
