Tree Grove

A beautiful shaded space for ceremonies, cocktail hour, al fresco dining and more. Situated along Schoharie Creek and overlooking the hills, the tree grove has an intimate feel that all your guests will love!

Schoharie Creek

The creek includes a stunning beach overlooking a unique green bridge. Many of our couples take photos here and bathe in the water, but it can also host standing ceremonies and remote rehearsal dinners.

Grass & Wildflower Meadows

The meadows are quite expansive with incredible views of the Schoharie Valley hillside. Simply amazing for photos, but also a beautiful location for stunning ceremonies and cocktail hours!

Reception Pavilion

A brand new 4,000 square ft ADA accessible reception pavilion with concrete floors, wood beams, corrugated metal side wall and bistro lighting hosting up to 150 guests!

Barn

The barn is a great space for an intimate movie night or fun photos with a rustic backdrop!

Pond

Not only is the pond an incredible space for photos, it’s also a really beautiful location for intimate wedding ceremonies up to 80 guests.

Grand Veranda

The 570 sq ft covered porch off our 1855 colonial farmhouse has easy access to the farmhouse kitchen and bar room. This space is ideal for welcome events, farewell brunches and intimate wedding receptions seating up to 48 guests. It’s also great for cocktail style events that spread out onto the side patio, courtyard and farmhouse lawn. This space even has a grill and small fire pit for use throughout the weekend.

Double Parlor

Our double parlor is the perfect intimate space for your group to chill all weekend long. Complete with 4 couches, board games, a record player, some of our favorite records, 1890s piano, and guitar. These spaces are always cozy, great for conversation, music playing and listening! They can also act as a second getting ready location and are beautiful for indoor photos and first looks!

Bar Room

The bar room is a flex space, great for cocktails but also morning yoga or a yummy brunch setting.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is available for guest use throughout the weekend for those simple meals, or those who love to play chef! Invite a private chef to use the space for larger or more formal meals on the farmhouse veranda.

Get Ready Room

Our glam room seats up to 6 for hair & makeup with individual mirrors and a full length standing mirror, steamer and room to hang dresses. Your bridal party will love glamming by your side.
