Your Wedding, Personally Led From the Beginning
I'm Katie, founder of The Maples Estate, and I personally lead the planning and creative direction of every wedding we host.
“The longer I do this, the more I'm convinced my work isn't really about weddings. It's about creating the conditions for people to live inside the moments that matter most.”
That's why I ask so many questions before we get planning.
How do you spend your weekends? What meals do you love to eat? Where do you travel? What feels like home? What traditions do you want to carry forward? Which ones are you ready to leave behind?
Those answers tell me far more than a Pinterest board of collected images ever could.
Together, we'll shape a wedding weekend that reflects who you are, not who you think you're supposed to be. One that's thoughtful, personal, relaxed, joyful, and unmistakably yours.
I'll carry the details, guide the planning process, and create enough structure that you're free to let go of it. My role isn't to give you more decisions to make, it's to understand what matters to you, guide you toward the choices that will have the greatest impact, and carry the rest.
So when your weekend arrives, you're not thinking about what's next, you're fully present with the people who matter most to you. Because that's what I believe weddings are really about.

The Signature Wedding Weekend Package | $53,000
The Maples provides the foundation for your entire celebration: private estate access, farmhouse accommodations, full-service planning, creative direction and weekend production.
Most of the weddings we plan represent an overall investment of $150,000–$300,000, though every celebration is approached individually.
Some couples choose to keep the weekend intentionally simple. Others build highly produced, multi-day experiences with significant investments in culinary experiences, environmental design, live entertainment, guest hospitality and custom production.
There is no single formula for what a wedding at The Maples should cost. Our role is to understand what matters to you and help you invest thoughtfully in the experience you want to create.
We host only a small number of weddings each year.
Not for exclusivity's sake, but because this level of planning, creative direction and personal care requires it. When you're here, there isn't another wedding waiting behind yours, we are fully in the moments alongside you.
