Partial Planning + Coordination Services

You should be celebrating on your wedding day, not managing your timeline and vendors. So our team does that for you with coordination services included in your wedding package! We even assist you from the time you book with our partial planning package as your wedding coach! We’ll help you plan your dream wedding, talk you out of a wedding planning spiral and help you focus on what’s important in the moment.

Taxes Included + No Hidden Fees

We do things differently around here! With our weekend wedding package, there are never any hidden fees and taxes are included in the price.

We include everything you would need to have a seriously awesome extended weekend wedding here at the estate - you add the vendors of your choosing to truly personalize your details such as food, beverage, music, photos, florals, etc.

Investment

We are one of the most transparent venues you will find because we care deeply about you and your wedding experience.

That’s why you never pay extra for taxes, hosting additional events throughout the weekend, onsite lodging, planning support, coordination services, lawn games, campfires, use of our farmhouse kitchen, and more. That’s all part of your weekend wedding experience and is included within your New York weekend wedding package.

NY Weekend Wedding Investment | $30,000

Your investment includes everything listed above - this includes your venue from Thursday through Sunday, partial planning (wedding coaching), weekend coordination, loads of wedding day perks, and accommodations for up to 17 guests all weekend long! We even wrap in the taxes!

A $1,500 damage deposit is due 45 days prior to your wedding weekend and is reimbursable within two weeks following your event.

We also require a wedding insurance policy which averages around $190.

Let us plan your wedding for you with Full Planning & Design: $6,500

Booking & Payment Schedule

Dreaming of your weekend wedding at The Maples Estate in gorgeous upstate NY?!

We are so excited to host your wedding weekend! When you are ready to move forward and confirm your date, get in touch - we will send you a wedding proposal so you can select your weekend and the packages of your choosing. Once you complete the proposal you will receive a contract and deposit invoice.

A 35% non-refundable deposit will be submitted at contract signing.

Additional Payments:
180 days (25%)
90 days out (25%)
45 days out (15%) + $1,500 damage deposit

Your damage deposit is reimbursable within two weeks following your wedding.
