    From Thursday to Sunday, the entire 12.5-acre estate is yours. No sharing the space, no interruptions, no rush. Because everything happens in one place, your weekend feels cohesive, calm, and deeply intentional.

    Inner Circle Accommodations for 17 Guests in our Farmhouse | $9,000 Value
    This isn’t a hotel, it’s your wedding house. For three nights, your closest people live the weekend with you. A place where nerves settle, connections deepen, and memories are made in the in-between moments.

    Full-Service Wedding Planning & Creative Direction | $20,000 Value
    You’re not just booking a venue, you’re gaining a collaborator. Venue owner Katie will be with you every step of the way as your wedding planner and creative director. We will guide every decision with clarity, care, and intention so you can relax, stay present, and actually enjoy the experience you’ve spent so long dreaming about.

    Beyond our package rate, we will curate a hand-selected vendor team that reflects your style, values, and priorities, ensuring that your wedding weekend feels authentic, elevated, and truly yours.

  • Our venue caps at 200 guests.

    ✔ For weekends with guest counts over 150 guests, a $2,500 large-event fee applies and shuttle transportation is required.

    ✔ The farmhouse sleeps your inner circle of up to 17 guests. Additional guests can arrange lodging at nearby hotels, b&bs, airbnbs, camping and glamping sites. View a list of local accommodations HERE.

  • Our team works with you to curate a hand-selected vendor team that reflects your style, values, and priorities, ensuring that your wedding weekend feels authentic, elevated, and truly yours. Vendor services are contracted directly by you and are not included in the package rate.

  • ✔ For weekends with guest counts over 150 guests, a $2,500 large-event fee applies and shuttle transportation is required.

    ✔ Our planning fee is based on the scope and complexity of your wedding. For weddings in which the total investment exceeds $200,000, a production fee equal to twelve percent (12%) shall be assessed on that portion of the wedding budget in excess of $200,000.

    ✔ Select items from our rental inventory, such as specialty tableware or drapery, will incur additional fees for use.

  • We absolutely love intimate weddings! For wedding weekends with 30 guests or less, enjoy a $4,000 discount!

    For one day elopement or micro weddings view our packages HERE.

  • For couples that have already confirmed their full service weekend wedding planner and do not require planning support from The Maples Estate - we can offer a weekend wedding for an investment of $37,000.

    Your planner must be a full service wedding planner and support all your events onsite throughout the weekend. The Maples Estate will simply act as your venue and will not be providing planning support in this case.
