Vision & Mood Board
In getting to know you, I will create your wedding day vision and provide you with a detailed mood board covering colors, theme development, linen selection, decor items, florals, place settings, floor plans, seating arrangements, and more!
Wedding Budget
I will create & manage your wedding weekend budget to help you stick to the plan. You will also recieve a vendor payment schedule to keep you on track.
Vendor Selection
I will manage your vendor selection process:
✔ outreach to vendors to determine availability and pricing
✔ review vendor quotes and make recommendations
✔ assistant in vendor meetings and bookings
✔ attend vendor meetings to go over wedding details
Status Calls
I will also keep you up to date with monthly status calls! During these calls we will review the current task list, updated budget status, timeline and vendor info.
Weekend Long Support
✔ Oversee rental deliveries and pickups
✔ Manage your rehearsal ceremony
✔ Setup and relocation of tables and chairs for welcome and farewell events
✔ Available onsite throughout your wedding weekend
